Current use: The centimeter, like the meter, is used in all sorts of applications worldwide (in countries that have undergone metrication) in instances where a smaller denomination of the meter is required. My only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it can be difficult the first time to field strip the gun with the way they designed it. Not the easiest way to do it, but I'm hoping Kahr engineers redo the magazines so it'll hold more rounds because the competition is getting heated with Sig and other companies now. For accuracy evaluation, a Speedwell B-27 silhouette target was set up at a measured distance of 21 feet (7 yards) and all shots were fired using a two-handed hold and Weaver stance. Test ammo included heavy-hitting Federal Premium Law Enforcement 124-grain Hydra-Shok JHP, Hornady 115-grain FTX, and CorBon 115-grain DPX. All three are highly recommended defensive loads. The average velocities from the Kahr’s 3-inch barrel were 960 fps (feet per second at the muzzle) for the Federal premium, 990 fps for the Hornady, and 1,110 fps for CorBon. When it comes to the CM9’s performance, there are so many things to discuss I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s first point out where this Kahr is just average and then we’ll get to the more exciting features. The CM9 was built with conventional rifling and pinned down sights, and yet it’s still very accurate. The next factor, which could be a make-or-break for some, is the double action only trigger which pulls at a heavy 7 lbs.

It’s a light pistol with only 3” of barrel to send that bullet off on its journey, so it has some snap to it. The two finger grip doesn’t help on that front. This isn’t a range gun. This is why gun magazines don’t rate guns. Instead of a measurable rating they go over the guns features, much as you did, then state an opinion at the end of the article. I tested the Mitch Rosen/Kahr combo sitting, standing and driving and in every instance it maintained the gun’s position, ease of draw, proved easy to re-holster, and most important of all, was comfortable to wear.I searched the internet and found a very small number of people who had experienced a similar issue. The reality is no mechanical item is 100% functional 100% of the time, but this did concern me.

The dimensions appear to be the same on the CM9, and I would expect it to survive ankle carry and stay functional just as its big brother did. It will hide better and ride more comfortably, too, being so distinctly smaller and lighter. You consider four (4) of five (5) categories to be average with gun A, with one(1) being excellent. We see this legacy very much in the CM9 pistol from Kahr. It is, essentially, the same gun as the PM9. It is less fancy inHistory/origin: The term "inch" was derived from the Latin unit "uncia" which equated to "one-twelfth" of a Roman foot. after 2M rounds downrange ( I compete with my carry gun,) ( don’t you?) the slide is as after break in, no side play, no FTE / FTF . during competition, empty mags are dropped on cement floor / ground without destructing. long reset on trigger is CM’s biggest – ,but after 2M rnds. your used to it. Grading systems which are not consistant for all evaluations are just as worthless as an evaluation tool. The pistol comes with a single, flush-fitting magazine that holds six rounds of 9mm. It is constructed from stainless steel.
