About this deal

You still get the same 1.75HP motor, 15% incline, heart rate monitor and intuitive LCD control panel with app connectivity – but there are a couple of minor tweaks worth mentioning. In addition, there is a holder to place your phone or tablet which is a great way to keep you entertained as you do your work out. There are more than 5 variants in the BodyTrain series but at the time of the review we could only get our hands on three models, the BodyTrain Strider T600, The T900 Elite Treadmill and The BodyTrain F30 XTI Treadmill. While cheaper models may be more budget-friendly, they often don't come with the same range of features, top speeds or durability of more expensive ones. If you are looking for a true budget option from BodyTrain then their BPM folding treadmill is one option – however that model isn’t in the same league as any of those reviewed here and the T600 is pretty budget in its own right considering its features, build quality and usability.

There are a number of benefits to having a treadmill in your home, particularly if you're someone who struggles to get to the gym or find time to exercise. One of the most impressive features of the F30 is the ability to alter the suspension. This means you can provide yourself with a more cushioned run if you wish or should you prefer a more solid base then this is possible too. This is not a feature we have seen often at this price point.

Similarly, if you're someone who doesn't need all the extra bells and whistles such as heart rate monitors, on-demand classes and HD screens, then it makes sense to opt for a mid-range treadmill with most of the key features you need. Speed and Incline There is also the incline setting of 15% included, the pulse sensors on the handlebars, the 3.5mm MP3 input device and of course the holder for you tablet or phone. The BodyTrain F30 XTI Treadmill was the most expensive Body Train treadmill that we reviewed – that being said, it still offers incredibly good value when compared to other brands and the fact that it is UK made and supplied makes it even more appealing to us. The desk is Fully's award-winning Jarvis, boasting a 350 lbs lifting capacity, and 25.5" of height-adjustment to encourage you to move throughout the day.

If space is an issue for you, this treadmill can also be folded away in an upright position to save space and there are also the handy transport wheels which helps with mobility around your home from room to room. It is heavier but it also has the soft drop and lift mechanism to help you. Overall, this treadmill performs quite well and provided good value for money from our experience. It also offers you a tablet or phone holder so you can stay connected and entertained while you complete your workout The four models we have selected for testing and review are all foldable so they are ideal for your workout space at home and will require minimal space when you are not working out. We have selected a range of models from the least to the most expensive, and as you might expect this means there are a range of different features and difficulty levels. BodyTrain BPM Folding Treadmill The T900 Elite from BodyTrain is very similar to the T600 in terms of both its specs and its price point.Though there is clearly some stress reducing suspension on the T600 model, the T900 model takes this to a new level and we felt a marked improvement in the way the suspensions performed on this version. It is not too bouncy, nor too firm, and you can without a doubt feel the difference when compared to running on hard outdoor surfaces such as tarmac. Speed levels - you are looking at 1 to 12 km/hr and there are also 12 pre-set workout programs for you to choose from which is great instead of having to program your workout manually.
