Both PET and PP can be reused and recycled, which reduces waste and gives the product several lives through use and reuse. The little plugs provided with the cabinet doors would be perfect - PLEEEEEASE release them for sale!
NOT FOR USE WITH BESTA FURNITURE Verified Reviewer Bought these to cover the unsightly holes in my BESTA TV unit (wrongly assumed that these were a standard size across all IKEA furniture).Make sure you only do them at the very end though, because they are a real pain to get out once they're in.

When your cabinets are up and your shelves are in place, take a moment to fill the unused drill holes with these cover caps.Some products may be delivered straight to your door from one of our suppliers and these products will be labelled within the product description. Turns out they only fit furniture with 5mm holes and the BESTA series have 3mm holes, which I was pretty gutted about. Our journey towards only using recycled or renewable plastic will take some time and require new ways of doing things, but we are determined to take responsibility and find new solutions.

Recycled plastic allows us to give a second life to non-biodegradable products such as PET bottles that would otherwise end up in landfill. Poorly advertised Verified Reviewer These do not work on Billy or Besta which is a shame as the open holes make the products looks as cheap as they are.

A big reason why we like this plastic is that it can be made from renewable raw materials like corn and sugar cane.This includes items such as plates, cups and plastic straws offered in our restaurants, bistros, and cafes.
