About this deal

I am incredibly excited and nervous in equal measure. I know I can do the job, but the same old stuff is whirling around my head…. ‘Will they warm to me?, will they listen to me and with me?, do I REALLY know my stuff’. Words of doubt, which have no place in my mind but are there from time to time. So, I am on a mission to redress that balance and begin to believe in myself more. This should then, push those silly thoughts to one side and allow me to concentrate on getting the job done and done well. I hope I can find strategies to push these thoughts to one side! Pachinko by Min Jin Lee - Absorbing family saga following the bloodline of a Korean peasant couple through the twentieth century. I really enjoyed this book - the prose is extremely readable (it was written in English, the author is Korean American) and I found the story and settings fascinating. It gets a little repetitive and loses momentum towards the end but overall a great read. Support! Opportunities to support SLT with their 'confusion' at the decision you made or the work you completed. This is a genius term someone learnt on a course (apparently some go on them) to passive aggressively challenge the work of those below you - or your equal! The Dead of Jericho by Colin Dexter - Early Morse novel in which Morse spends a flirtatious evening with an attractive young woman, who then turns up dead. I'll Be gone in The Dark by Michelle McNamara - one woman's search for the Golden State Killer. True Crime account of a rapist/murderer who terrorised California for over a decade. It was meticulously researched but sadly Michelle McNamara died in her sleep before she had finished writing it and was finished by some writer friends of hers. Still a gripping read.

Friday DLC Maker (By HungryBob): https://www.mediafire.com/file/c3t8re97xid5up1/Friday_DLC_Maker_V12.zip/file Historical fiction set during the reign of King James I. Fleetwood Shuttleworth is mistress of Gawthorpe Hall, near Burnley, Lancashire. She's seventeen years old and has been married to her husband, Richard, for four years. As the story starts she is in the early stages of her fourth pregnancy. Her previous pregnancies have ended in miscarriage and this time Fleetwood is desperate to ensure that both she and her baby survive the birth. A really good midwife is needed.Fairy Tale by Stephen King- enjoyed this, it was an old fashioned type King novel. Radar the dog was the star!

A) I've made a thread giving out some ideas here: https://www.se7ensins.com/forums/th...a-motorsport-4-and-other-forza-games.1837323/ A couple rekindle their former relationship on a trip to Iceland. When a near fatal accident results in the woman revealing a dark secret, her boyfriend agrees to keep her secret. However on returning home, it becomes clear someone heard her confession, and is prepared to use it against her. Ace Vance is a janitor aboard a space ship travelling faster than the speed of light. When a wealthy passenger is found dead, Ace takes it upon herself to investigate. Space travel has interesting consequences for the ages of the crew and passengers. Workplace! A beautiful learning environment to work in. Opportunities to amend children's work for displays and forge projects to convince OFSTED how good the school is so SLT can parade their achievements. However, this doctored work does create a beautiful environment to work in (shame it reeks of hypocrisy)

A) I do not know what causes but it doesn't seem to affect the engine, car and game itself. I would not worry. Round Robin (Elm Creek Quilts) by Jennifer Chiaverini- I enjoyed this as easy reading with not much plot but on subjects that interest me, rural America and crafts.

I don't think that any book by Ruth Ware can beat The Death of Mrs Westaway but this was still a great read. It's set over 2 time periods, before and after the death of April at Oxford University and from the point of view of her best friend Hannah. There were two surprising twists, one being the perpetrator, I think I suspected all of the characters at some point, I won't post the final twist as it would be a spoiler but it was very clever. Travel! Opportunities to work across all three schools if qualified teacher. In fact if OFSTED is suspected two of the three schools will be deprived of all leadership and teachers as everyone is shipped over. The education of the pupils in those settings doesn't matter - as long as outstanding prevails. You may have accepted a job in a school you can walk to in Walthamstow but please fund your own travel to Barking. A) It is possible. Some DLCs do have the "LevelUp" table that they add some DLC cars to the current system. In my experience, I couldn't get it to work. How this Trust is still in operation is incredible. How they get staff is awful. Everything in the job advert is false. book 3 and the final installment in the Isabel Fielding series, slightly less enjoyable than the first two books in my opinion due to the high body count and increased number of psychopaths making it more unrealistic. Accelerated Leadership Programme' = class based teacher with limited release paid on a leadership rate less than UPS remembering, directed time does not apply to leadership. CPD will be a conversation with a smarmy man who made was strangely promoted overnight who will great you with 'hey hey superstar' before outlining everything you have apparently done wrong. A). If your car & it's setup loads fine in a test drive, and its in theory the AI. The AI might be loading a setup that the game doesn't like, so it just stalls. I've experienced this problem and the current solution is just to start all over (In terms of the SLT table file).

No SENDCos in place - they all left or were moved on. Leadership, support staff and teacher numbers are depleted as recruitment is challenging. Haunted By Tony Marturano- I have wanted to read his books for a while as they were supposed to be so terrifying and dark, but this one was not, this was mostly annoying and I was disappointed , it irritates me when authors have no clue about the subject they're writing about- inherit an old crumbling house, move in in early December, find builders and expect to have renovated and sold on before Christmas, ridiculous ! Also the haunting bit wasn't a haunting as such but a journey through grief. Overtime! Lots of overtime available if you do not have a life or family and susceptible to the pressure placed on you. This will be low paid or time off but you will be made to feel guilty to take it. (Hey hey superstar - Easter booster coming up - your family won't mind) The Marriage Portrait by Maggie O'Farrell - Well written historical fiction based on fact and set in Italy. A very young girl of high birth from a sheltered upbringing is married off to a Duke for political reasons. One year later he takes her to a remote castle without her servants and she suspects he is trying to kill her. High quality and enjoyable writing, but I just don't seem to find O'Farrell's books quite as breathtakingly good as some people do. I felt the same way about Hamnet.

Day one is a day of testing certain year groups. We are a very large secondary school and so this takes at least two days. We have an incredible admin team who are project managing (yet again) the testing of all pupils before they return to lessons. Lessons will resume for some on Wednesday and then ‘normal lessons’ on Thursday and Friday. How ‘normal’ these lessons remains to be seen. This is giong to depend on the numbers of staff and pupils isolating – but as with many things in schools, we shall have to wait and see! The Crocodile Bird by Ruth Rendell - Interesting stand-alone fiction about a girl brought up in an isolated environment by her mother, then suddenly free in the outside world when the mother is arrested for murder and taken away. Well-written and very readable. Rendell really is a favourite of mine.
