I have to say that dealing with ladders.co.uk was a pleasure. They definitely know about customer service which was very processional. Werner is the global leader in loft ladders; they bought most of the UK loft ladder brands (including ABRU) and moved their manufacturing overseas. That is why this ladder is now co-branded Werner and ABRU. Easily fitted by anyone who is able to do a bit of DIY. It does not come with the hatch; you need to already have, or fit, one of these separately.
