Choosing a talking globe from the options on our list will come down more to the particulars of your child than anything else. While many of the choices here are likely labeled for a certain age group, your knowledge of your child and his or her needs should guide you toward your decision first and foremost. At present, there are two dominant mobile networks in the Philippines, Smart Communications and Globe Telecom. TNT (Talk N’ Text) and Sun Cellular are subsidiaries of Smart Communications, while Republika ng TM is under Globe Telecom.
