I am very disappointed with the Premier Inn Newhaven on Avis Road. I booked a room for my son (5) and I and upon arrival the room stank awful of cigarette smoke. I asked reception to move us to another room which they did however this room was also awful. The room was full of dust, cobwebs and a wood louse infestation. The walls in the bathroom also has bogeys and snot wiped on them, surely a decent cleaner would have sorted this. Again I approach reception who simply apologised and that was that. I won’t be booked with Premier Inn again. Our hotels in East London are in great locations to help you get the most out of your trip.
