An established wormery can be left without the addition of food for up to four weeks. However, the liquid may accumulate which needs to be drained off to avoid waterlogging. They will not tolerate extreme acidity and dislike being waterlogged because this restricts their supply of air E. fetida is closely related to E. andrei, also referred to as E. f. andrei. 2. Fill your wormery
