Built for high-speed throughput to deliver more bandwidth to more devices, the GT-AX6000 features two 2.5 Gbps Ethernet ports, and the router supports both WAN and LAN aggregation. High-efficiency WiFi 6 I kind of like the angular hardcore gamer design with the red accent pieces and RGB lighting, but a lot of people won't. That’s mostly okay since this is router is part of the Asus ROG brand but even for a ROG product, this one stands out. While a lot of people buying this router will have a gaming tower with RGB that fits in with this, if your internet access is in another room, it may not go with the rest of your decor.There are two tiers in Asus gaming routers. These numbers are probably meaningless but they’re evidently intended to dial up our expectations. The router’s four bottom corners extend downward into four large feet to give its underside some clearance for ventilation purposes. ASUS ROG Rapture AX6000 Wi-Fi Router sits somewhere between a full-tilt gaming router like the Asus ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000 and basic segment options like ASUS ROG Strix GS-AX3000. You can only extend them out or keep them vertical for the most part. Prior: I used the TP-Link Deco AX1800, 3 units. Used the 1 gb lan to desktop. Speeds were between 800-925 down but 3-4x more latency. Wifi upstairs about 200 down, 15 up.
