I pray that my beloved husband will read it and internalize every word, because his trauma-based mental illness is tearing us apart. To vibrate on a high level and feel alive and rich with energy and positivity, each one of our seven bodies, or layers of the self, needs to be working in harmony with the others.

The introduction to the book set a tone I wasn't sure was in alignment with the description and title of the book.This book is honestly amazing, it has some really good practical exercises in it too which can help you to change your thought process or evaluate past trauma.
