At first spritz, I get tart-n-tangy fruitylicious kiwi and litchi and then seconds later....I am bombarded with creamy white nestle chocolate...yummy...it is sweet but not overly and annoyingly so...this white cocoa element gives me a sense of warmth and calm (especially as I sit in my office listening to Sade)...and then the drydown is all musky and woodied up and that - to me - is where the sensuality of the scent emerges (as the white cocoa lingers on and on!)And of course the iconic sillage and longevity is still in tact. With that I don’t hate it i just don’t crave it the same way i use to and the same way i absolutely crave Curious to this day (and always keep a bottle on hand) This is a surprise review I'm making because I honestly didn't expect to get anymore Britney fragrances. It's for several reasons and I'll discuss them here before I get into my mixed bag of a review. I didn't like YSL's Mon Paris at first bc it has a similar sharp (idk if it's a berry) note, but I grew to love that scent.

when i opened this perfume for the first time and smelt the cap i immediately smell the fruits especially the red lychee. a little sour and tart. i also smell the musk and im also getting a faint peppery spicy scent maybe due to the musk base note? Wary of the reformulation of the original and being a massive fruitchouli-lover, I found a 100ml bottle of Fantasy Intense for only €40. Easy blind buy! The kiwi note at the top and the overall sweetness remind you of the original Fantasy, but this perfume is less loud I would say. The pear I think is the secret to why this is just so good. The pear is juicy and sweet and balances the sourness of the kiwi. My ol' drugstore bottle happens to be made in Spain. My head immediately goes to reformulation, but I can take the trade-off since Intense is truly that strong anyway. I immediately get a cute juicy fruit that is somewhat tangy, and not as cloying as I expected it to be. The familiar vague, sweetish heart in Intense is the same, but obviously softer. I interpreted that as a "berry eraser" from my childhood, now I take it to be the infamous cupcake accord (sorry, but it's unlike any real cupcakes I've smelled). Really pleasant though, not at all going candy or sour as I would've expected. In fact it makes it much easier to wear. Gigi7891 in response to your review (and anyone else who is interested). I understand the confusion because the companies never tell the truth about reformulation. So basically everyone is having to hear all different stories about reformulation designs, dates of changes etc. It's confusing to everyone.Item number RKR7J A unique interpretation of the iconic Fantasy fragrance that elicits sweet temptation and leaves an unforgettable and lasting impression. I would say it’s a very safe blind but for those who like sweet fruity scents or desert scents with a little more body then just straight up sugar. first off i wanted this perfume based on the bottle alone. sure it’s girly, juvenile, and y2k and pink but i am in love with it. i love the rhinestones and the shape of the bottle looks super cute on my dresser! Yes it’s more intense, but this is mainly from the patchouli. Definitely leaning towards an ‘older’ audience, I don’t think this would suit a young teen.

I just turned 26, and I've had this scent for a year now. It's not my favorite, but I really like it. It's perfect as a jeans/t-shirt scent or even for a casual date, basically wearable anywhere besides work, the gym, and occasions that require dressing up. You will get a ton of compliments, especially from men, this one just reels them in for some reason lol. Unlike Pink Sugar, this one is not as vulgar as PS can be (mind you, I like PS too), so it's much more wearable. It's an adorable scent overall, a very delicious kiwi-white chocolate scent, it smells more like cake than candy; Fruity-tart and milky-sweet with a creamy texture. Makes you feel cozy and yummy, and it does make me hungry smelling it. My mom is in her 50's even she drooled over it when she smelled it on me, and immediately bought her own bottle. Lasting power? Excellent, minimum 8 hours on me. Sillage? Perfect. Price? Very budget friendly, and makes this one a winner. I would wear this all year round, but lightly in summer. For reasons of hygiene and safety, personal grooming products, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned. And the lasting power is about 7 hours or so! You really can't go wrong, with the price, scent AND longevity. I'm trying to make this description as accurate as possible so you can go and buy this!! It's that amazing. Especially if you're a fan of the original.Even though Intense has that recognisable Fantasy core of kiwi, lychee with white chocolate and cupcake accord, both the opening and base are totally revamped. Sour quince has been swapped with creamy juicy pear. And not only there's a beautiful dose of modern rendition patchouli, the musks and orris are less gritty in the base than in the original one. Overall effect is not more intense as in lasting power, but I assume simply by the way patchouli always impacts the silage. It's also somewhat more silky and sophisticated, I would say almost elegant. Fantasy is a combination of fruity, gourmand, slightly floral and slightly woody notes, with distinct kiwi + quince notes. It starts off very sweet, but then dries down to a woody-musky scent without giving up all the tropical, sweetness. Personally, I haven’t smelled anything else really like it, and I think that’s what I love about it as well. Yes, it can come off a bit “juvenile” or young, but honestly, who cares? If you’re looking to smell more mature or grown, maybe avoid this. But if you don’t mind switching up your vibe from time to time and are okay with sweet scents, give this a try.

I'll even consider another view point. I honestly don't mind the Fantasy perfumes coming out if they had care being shown for the product instead of getting the feeling that there's just no thought going into it anymore. Just produce it and slap a random name on it. Make sure to buy 'Toenail Fantasy' next year! So this leads into the review. Was out at Walmart shopping and was strolling the perfume aisle when I took a double glance at Fantasy Intense sitting there. I couldn't believe it. It had gotten to the point where I wasn't seeing even the regular Fantasy out there and yet this perfume pops up? It was by itself and I didn't see a price on it or nearby. It was also a big bottle and I don't normally see those out there. I decided to gamble and bought it. At first you get a fruity hit with the Kiwi note dominating the scent, after the dry down you get a wonderful fruity cupcake with chocolate frosting, however on my skin it comes up more of a milk chocolate almost like a the powdered SwissMiss hot chocolate rather than white chocolate - but that may have to do with the palmers coco butter I generally use daily. So today I sprayed myself liberally and waited a few moments to see what I could detect and there was immediately a note that I could only describe as........'kiwi fruit'. Whatever it is its definately 'kiwi fruit' to the nose. Alluring and addictive at its core, Fantasy Intense introduces a new amplified, captivating signature with intoxicating notes of tonka bean, creamy sandalwood and patchouli. Sensual, yet playfully sweet, this seductive scent leaves a tantalizing trail that lingers to entice.
