The distillation of fresh and dried raspberries together balances the flavour of this gin, the fresh raspberries bring a fresh tart raspberry flavour, the dried raspberries impart an exquisite, sweet depth. A tasty Raspberry-flavoured gin liqueur made in Edinburgh using Scottish Juniper, and other botanicals, and an infusion of delicious, crisp Scottish raspberries. This is all rounded off by the use of raspberry leaves that give a satisfying subtle herbal aroma and floral flavour. Taking advantage of the best of seasonal Perthshire Raspberries, directly sourced from the farmers door, we distil a sweet and delicious gin with real depth of flavour, very much reminiscent of raspberry jam. You needn't waste the raspberries after – blitz them up into a boozy coulis to enjoy with ice cream (but beware they do become pretty alcoholic)! Our Raspberry Gin is a 40% abv expression of our much-celebrated flavour pioneer, Raspberry Gin Liqueur.
