About this deal

If you enjoy Sunflowers by Elizabeth Arden, Escape by Calvin Klein Volupte by Oscar de la Renta and L'eau de Issey by Issey Miyake you will love this fragrance. Well, The bottles are very pretty, they remind me of her jewelry penchant (I think that is the point). I'm not a fan of melon in perfumery and this fragrance isn't entirely awful, but I am certain that anyone wearing a heavy-handed application of this would induce an instant migraine and nausea.

Diamonds and Sapphires (Blue) and Diamonds and Rubies (Red) and whilst I like them both, Diamonds and Emeralds wins every time! Listen, don´t think that this one is in any way out-dated- it could easily be a modern day Versace or or Gucci. It's not too heavy with the Lily of the valley, which I'm grateful for as too much reminds me of air freshener. This perfume would be like a spring/summer picnic -- I could see this being worn during the day for fun outdoor events. But I will admit at first spray, it did give me a nasty headache like a lot of the people who have reviewed this have noted. If you’d like to file an allegation of infringement, you’ll need to follow the process described in our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.

Keep in mind that anyone can view public collections - they may also appear in recommendations and other places. This beautiful fragrance is the literal antithesis of anything: harsh, screeching, 'cheap', (fill in any negative adjective of choice here).

I let this stay in my collection for a couple of months, revisited it, and it was the same thing over and over. I think this is perfect for the daytime during the spring or summer when it isn't smoldering hot out.

This is a beautful fragrance that really lifts the spirits and can adapt to many different settings. Kind of mature/old fashioned, something my mum would wear in the 80s, like a more sophisticated "Anais Anais". The beginning screams “grandma” to me, I had my husband take a whiff and he said I smelled like a nun!

I don't feel that this is as heavy a fragrance as Calvin Klein's Escape, then again - I'm not comparing these two side by side -- this is just from my memory of Escape). What is unique about this perfume is the juxtaposition of notes which I have not smelled paired together. This is simply a phenomenal dewy green, slightly tart, fruity floral that smells fresh and sophisticated. This fresh floral scent combines lily of the valley wrapped in a bouquet of freesia, a floral heart of jasmine, ylang-ylang and spices and a finishing layer of seductive amber, sandalwood and musk.
