Very happy with my new neoHub. The API access is exactly what I was looking for, it will allow me to control the under-floor heating in my room much better than before. Your neoStat should show the radio signal on screen and the app should indicate the zone has been added successfully. Restart both your router and the neoHub, whatever you do, please do not press the connect button on the neoHub which could cause the neoHub to reset, this will mean that you would need to reset and add all the thermostats again.

HomeKit Support: The neoHub Gen 2 offers HomeKit support for all connected Neo devices, allowing seamless integration with Apple's smart home ecosystem. Ensure that all users use a unique login and don’t enable Geo on devices you will leave in the home. Flexible Programming:Your neoStat can be setup to work in non programmable, weekday/weekend, 7 day or 24 hour programming mode. Up to 6 actuators can be wired to each of the 8 zones and an output is provided for the boiler, underfloor heating pump and valve.Your neoHub will be marked offline in the neoApp when it cannot connect to the Heatmiser Cloud Server. Compatibility: Please note the neoPlug is not compatible with the Windows 7 App. Windows 10 is compatible If you are installing underfloor heating then you would install a wiring centre at each manifold. The wiring centre would provide the outputs for the boiler, pump and valve as well as the individual zone output. The neoHub connects to your home router by an ethernet cable, so one free port is required. The neoHub is very much plug and play and pairing neoStat’s, neoAir & neoPlug to the neoHub couldn’t be easier. After you have paired all of your Neo devices (up to 32 are supported) you will have In Home and Remote access of your heating, hot water and appliances. Comfort Levels are the time and temperature settings used by the neoStat when a Profile from the neoHub has not been applied.

Profiles are stored in the neoHub and are transferred to the neoStat when applied. This means your heating is never dependant on the neoHub and will continue to operate should the hub or internet fail. Change the room by selecting the device and selecting a new room.
