Delicious chocolatey taste. Very moreish and easy to drink. I am on a weight reduction program and wanting to lose fat and not muscle. This protein powder is a very pleasant way for me to boost my daily protein intake, especially as I don't eat meat. I put an ice cube in which helps to mix the powder in addition to chilling the drink. On fasting days, I replace all my meals with it. Pudding please! I’ve been mailing this with a little coconut or oat milk so it turns into a pudding and then topping it with berries… ohhh it’s lovely feel good dessert without the fat and calories! Do not exceed the daily dose of 4 servings. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

This is incredible!! Tastes amazing, great consistency and flavour. Use it in my porridge everyday. Chocolate brownie best protein shake I’ve had from any company and I tried a lot of brands and flavours. I give this to my son he enjoys it like any normal milkshake Great consistency and flavour. Nothing bad to say on this at all, the only reason I’m not rating 5 stars is the salted caramel flavour one is next level.
