About this deal

Productive at every level: Easy Arrange allows you to easily tile multiple applications across one or more screens with 49 pre-set window partitions and the ability to personalize up to five windows, giving you improved multitasking abilities. One thing I do miss from my previous display is that of DisplayPort multi-stream transport (MST). Whilst it's not hugely common, I once saw it as being the future of display connectivity. Another thing that appears to be missing is mini DisplayPort, although this is not completely unexplainable since USB Type C appears to be overtaking mini DisplayPort. But still, I would have liked to have had one on it. Accidental Damage-Additional Information: Accidental Damage Service excludes theft, loss, and damage due to fire, flood or other acts of nature, or intentional damage. Customer may be required to return damaged unit to Dell. Limit of 1 qualified incident per contract year. The key to convenience: Shortcut keys can save you even more time, letting you easily configure your display management settings so you can get to work faster.

Dell calls this monitor a "USB-C Hub Monitor," and rightfully so since it has plenty of input options. It has a USB Type-C port with DisplayPort 1.4 and power delivery up to 90 watts, two DP 1.4 inputs, two HDMI 2.0 inputs, a total of four USB Type-A ports, audio-out, and an Ethernet port. Designed with purpose: With a premium platinum finish, a three-sided ultrathin bezel design, a small base and an elegant cable management system made to reduce clutter, it’s the monitor built to match any workspace.I tested this monitor by connecting it to a Lenovo ThinkPad E495 that can pass display and power through USB-C a custom-built desktop that I use for gaming, Ethernet, and three USB devices. The result? The Dell U3421WE worked exactly as advertised.. Everything that makes this a solid monitor for photo and video editing also applies to playing games. The Dell U3421WE's accurate color enhances the photo-realism of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, while its high contrast ratio and accurate gamma deliver visual punch in World of Warcraft. Great display! Love the ability to only use one USBc connection to my MacBook Pro M1, which provides good power delivery. Built-in Speaker is decent for my use (watching videos). Don’t expect to have an adequate music listening experience though.. but we all already know that for monitor speakers.

Beauty meets function: Crafted with a premium, platinum silver finish, this sleek monitor features a compact base and a hidden cable management design that runs the cables through the monitor riser. Other connectivity: 1x USB Type-C upstream, 1x USB Type-C downstream with 15-watt charging, 1x USB Type-B upstream, 4x USB Type-A downstream, 1x audio out, 1x RJ45 (Ethernet)Chevron icon It indicates an expandable section or menu, or sometimes previous / next navigation options. Chevron icon It indicates an expandable section or menu, or sometimes previous / next navigation options. I'm looking for a ultrawide monitor for work and gaming. I have already AOC 24V2Q which is fine for me because I had for years only 13" screen of my old notebook. So what were my requirements from my next monitor? Well, put simply, it was a culmination of all of the standout features of all the displays. The Dell U3421WE is a 34-inch display. But it's not any old 34-inch display, it's an ultra-wide monitor. In fact, the main concern for me was how big I thought this monitor was going to be. Our first family LCD was a 32-inch display, and it felt huge. I was so amazed that this monitor fitted right into the same place as my 25-inch that it replaces and feels very similar. But that's where the similarities end. The WE in the monitors name suggests that it's a wide version, meaning it features a resolution of not just 2560 by 1440, but 3440 by 1440. This is the 21:9 aspect ratio compared with the standard 16:9 found on most displays. This is considerable if you do a lot of programming or work where you need two or three displays for your work since you could actually do what I did and merge them into one.
