The Hereditary chiefs have been recognized by the courts as having authority and standing in issues regarding Wet'suwet'en territory but the courts also did not decide specifically the extent and limits of this authority. Having reviewed and cast over the rationale of the elite and the unsupportable assumptions of classical economic thinking, the text considers the effect of the paradigm as it moves the philosophy of economics from a foundation of monetary performance to one that is more human and based as much on behavioral outcomes.
