About this deal

If you're not familiar with a Crunchie bar, it is a very popular chocolate bar in the UK. It's a bar of honeycomb (also known as hokey pokey or cinder toffee) coated in milk chocolate. It's very simple when described, but they are so yummy! I've made this Crunchie Cheesecake in celebration of these tasty chocolate bars. The cheesecake has a buttery biscuit base, a chocolate cheesecake filling with pieces of Crunchie bar mixed in, then it's drizzled with milk chocolate, and decorated with whipped cream and plenty more Crunchie bars! As a big Crunchie fan, I found this cheesecake incredibly tasty! Ingredient Tips & Equipment Information If dried fruit is included in your bars it is essential to chop them finely. Do not leave them whole as it will make the bars more prone to crumbling Caster sugar: If you're based in the US this is known as superfine sugar. Brown sugar will not work for this recipe, I've tried. You'll need to use good ole white sugar for this one. Most popular with customers in Italy and France, but you can buy Cadbury Crunchie for delivery worldwide.

The cheesecake should be stored in the fridge and will last for 3-4 days. You can freeze the undecorated cheesecake, however you do need to let it set in the fridge first. Setting it in the freezer will affect the texture and it won't be as nice. Once it's set in the fridge, you can remove it from the tin and put the cheesecake in a box or tupperware. You could also slice it up, and freeze in portions. Then you can easily defrost a few slices at a time depending on when you'd like some cheesecake! How do you remove a no bake cheesecake from the tin? Before you start, read my step-by-step instructions, with photos, hints and tips so you can to make this perfectly every time. Desiccated (finely shredded) coconut is essential. Do not substitute coconut chips as these are too large and not fit for purpose in these coconut chocolate bars. If you are unable to locate desiccated coconut it is possible to make your own .

Cadbury Flake

To make the filling put the cream cheese and icing sugar into a large bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. For the full recipe with measurements, head to the recipe card at the end of this post. How to make Crunchie Cheesecake There are a few different variations of honeycomb candy, but they all end up very similar. Some call it Honeycomb toffee, sponge toffee, or even cinder toffee, but at the core, it’s a crunchy sugary toffee-type treat that’s perfect for any occasion! It has even become a hit with the new Netflix series Squid Game sending my Honeycomb TikTok video towards 1 millions views in less than a week. What You Need For This Honeycomb Recipe

For teaspoon (tsp) and tablespoon (tbsp) measurements, please use measuring spoons* and not the type of spoons you eat with. Again this will ensure accuracy and provide the best results.

Please leave me a rating and a comment/review below if you enjoyed it. I read and appreciate every single one! I went with a Lotus Biscoff base for the cheesecake as felt something like digestive biscuits were a bit plain. However, you're welcome to use any biscuit you fancy for the base. Hobnobs or gingernuts would work well. I don’t worry about eating raw eggs that I buy in the UK. The risk from hens’ eggs with a British Lion stamp is low and most people can safely eat them. More information on raw eggs from the NHS. Crunchie ice cream – step-by-step Chocolate – A regular bar supermarket own brand chocolate or chocolate drops is fine. I prefer dark for more intense flavour, but milk is also perfect. Make sure you use room temperature full-fat cream cheese. The brand by Philadelphia has never failed me.
