She does frequent school and library visits, teaches picture book writing, and offers picture book critiques. This is the sort of book that I'm the obvious target audience and the child is the excuse to read it. Lang and Susanna Leonard Hill, a father holds his newborn daughter and lists all the ways he will help her grow, reminding her to be artistic, thougthful, honest, and smart, and, most important, true to herself. Thankfully my daughter is not quite two months old at the moment and so was not disturbed by her mother sobbing and just continued to cuddle with me.
