Hi there: just a line to say that I finally got around to reading the Taste section of the Sacramento. Bee and read your complete article re your Garlic Twist. If your recipe calls for 1 clove of chopped garlic, and you use the Garlic Twist, you actually need to chop 2 cloves of garlic instead of 1.

Easy Garlic Bread

In the bowl of a standing mixer, add warm water (between 95-105 degrees Fahrenheit), sugar, and yeast. Stir, and let sit for 5-10, or until frothy.
