About this deal

Long term health concerns associated with PCOS include heart disease and diabetes, particularly if you have any of the following: While there’s no current cure for PCOS, symptoms can be effectively treated and managed. A healthy, balanced diet can help to reduce and manage some of the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome and can assist with weight management, helping to regulate insulin levels. There’s even advice on how to eat when you have PCOS. This is a collection of 51 of my favorite PCOS-friendly recipes that I have on my blog. These meals are all low-carb, gluten-free, & sugar-free. I like the recipes but I probably won't use them because they are too "American." Not in my staple dietJeanes YM, Reeves S, Gibson EL, Piggott C, May VA, Hart KH. I absolutely LOVE how the recipes, exercise suggestions, and self-care tips were laid out by cycle phase. Literally my only complaint was that there weren’t “enough” recipes! And I use that lightly because there were quite a few for each cycle phase. You've been diagnosed with or suspect polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). You've done some research, and you want to start the journey of regulating your cycle and managing your symptoms naturally. Sørensen LB, Søe M, Halkier KH, Stigsby B, Astrup A. Dark, leafy greens, nuts and seeds can help provide you with the mineral. Organic meat

PCOS is usually diagnosed by your GP or healthcare provider. They will carry out blood tests at a suitable time during the menstrual cycle to determine whether or not you are affected. There's something called Ovasitol Inositol that can help as well and it's natural. I prefer to do everything I can the natural way and give it a fair shake first. I have personally been in remission from PCOS for 7 years (read my PCOS story here) and most of the credit goes to the PCOS diet.
