About this deal

The formulation is predominantly Valerianoil based (from Eastern Europe), with small inclusions of Vetiver(from Indonesia), Sweet Basil, (from Europe), and Clary Sage(from France) essential oils. Use the eco-friendly wipe in the same way as you would with the calming spray by gentle rubbing around muzzle, under chin and top of chest of your pet (including horses!).

It is extracted from the washed, chopped, dried and soaked roots and rootlets by steam distillation The aroma is very earthy. The main chemical components are benzoic acid, vetiverol, furfurol, a and b-vetivone, vetivene and vetivenyl vetivenate. We source Vetiver from Haiti and Java. Sweet Basil Sesquiterpenes:(contained in the volatile oil): isovaleric acid, valerenic acid, valerenal, and valerenol Remember to stop immediately if you see any signs of fear in your pet, and only restart the process at a volume your pet is comfortable with once they are calm. Consult an expert if the anxiety continues If you should accidentally swallow any of the liquid please get immediate medical advice and show the product label. Many Valerian preparations are too potent and can sedate rather than calm. Pet Remedy is low concentration and the diffuser delivers a constant slow release, which is very kind and gentle in its effect on the metabolism. Likewise for the calming sprays and wipes which are water based. Pet Remedy is available as a diffuser and as a spray and both can be used to reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety in pets. It’s never nice to see your pet upset but thankfully there are some easy steps you can take – in advance and on the night – to help keep them relaxed. It’s also important for you, as an owner, to remain calm and to not soothe them too much as pets can sense any changes in our behaviour which can make them feel more anxious.”

Spray on pet bedding, bandana, or even a little on your fingers and gently rub around muzzle, under chin, and top of chest! Nobody wants to see their beloved companion anxious or scared, and while we can't cure their fear like we'd want to, we can invest in remedies to help. Pet calming products like calming plug-in diffusers, pet supplements, sprays and anti-anxiety beds can all help. Best pet calming products at a glanceAs a rule, best not to spray directly on a pet. This avoids any association of the spray with the stressful situation. The special Pet Remedy blend of essentials oils works alongside these natural relaxation pathways to help calm the nerves of anxious or stressed pets.
