This appeared on different versions of Samsung for me, my son and my gf within two days! May be a bug in an update. However, what worked for me was to let my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra dry out completely and let the battery run down to zero. Then when I booted it up again, the problem was fixed. Hope this helps!
