When children use their hands doing a craft activity, it keeps them busy, making it easier to control any excitement and keeps them calmer too.

I used my Sizzix machine and the Sizzix Bigz Plus Die – Bunting to cut bunting flags from the plastic bag. I’ve never tried cutting plastic on my Sizzix machine but it worked pretty well, just catching a few times. You could easily do this step by hand if you don’t have a die cutting machine. Many families have been planning an unforgettable family outing to the beach ever since the summer holidays started.Unfortunately, I'm not going to the seaside this year... (sob!)
