Personally, for me I prefer the 1998 album by The Toronto Musical Review Grease: 16 Hits From The Musical on the ON STAGE label.

It has sold over 30 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best-selling albums of all time, also ranking amongst the biggest selling soundtrack albums of all time.
