Although he knew he had missed out on the "real killing" of being a professional boxer, he ended up "wasting himself" in street fights. And, how despite teaming up with top Welsh trainer Eddie Thomas and sparring with the legendary Howard Winstone, he sunk into an underworld of street fighting after pushing a broken glass into a man's face.
