The bezel is formed of three layers of fine resin with carbon fiber inserts. The top layer is transparent, resulting in a bezel that shows the embedded carbon material. I have a couple of small gripes after a solid week of testing. Firstly the lume on the hands should extend to the numbers on the dial too or at the very least an extra single lume dot at the 12 position. This means that in the pitch dark you know ‘which way up’ the watch is and more importantly don’t read the watch with a slightly crooked wrist and inaccurately guess which hour it is.
