So in short I have a spin bike with decent computer, a Wahoo cadence sensor (accurate), a wahoo speed sensor mounted on my flywheel (way off), and contemplating to get a heart rate sensor or powercalc. You can then aim to maintain a specific heart rate based on your fitness goals and be able to see it in real-time while cycling.
