About this deal

The side buttons feel good to me. They are a tad mushy upon actuation but there’s little to no travel and they’re conveniently placed so these are all good. SCROLL WHEEL

Zowie has divided the mice into various series to assist you in determining which one is appropriate for you. Founded in 2008, ZOWIE is committed to providing esports enthusiasts with ergonomic and high-performance equipment. The ZOWIE brand is under BEN-Q, a Taiwanese multinational company majoring in technology products and consumer electronics. ZOWIE claims to be dedicated to becoming the most professional esports brand. Its products include gaming monitors, mice, mouse pads, keyboards, and audio systems. Zowie Mouse Benefits The Zowie EC3-CW is part of a trio of gaming mice in the new EC series. All have the same specs and work the same way, though each has different dimensions. We tried the EC1-CW and the EC2-CW, and both are functionally the same as the EC3-CW, dimensions aside. Here are the measurements of each: Zowie strives to provide the esports industry with high-quality, high-performance, professional e-sports equipment. The Zowie mice are ideal for gamers with no touch for customizations and aesthetics. The brand focuses on producing ergonomic compatible gaming mice that various groups of people can use. Furthermore, as discussed above, they have gaming mice ideal for different gaming situations. How do I choose a Zowie mouse? Zowie has a performance-first mindset that’s readily evident in any mouse from the box. The modest, yet comfortable, designs of Zowie mice ensure that each line caters to a variety of grip types, palm sizes, and playing styles. What is the latest Zowie mouse?

The Zowie FK series consists of three distinct models: the FK1+, FK1, and the FK2. The mouse features an ambidextrous design that gives users flexibility in both hands. In addition, it has a low-profile design and flexibility through claw or palm grip. We have worked for the past 6 months on building a new review system on how we produce content. Using it, we have subsequently redone most of our articles to provide actual hands-on expertise on the guides we made. When it comes to finding a mouse shape that truly fits your hand, the Zowie team at BenQ have made it their mission to help you find the right fit. Therefore, with Zowie, there’s actually no “best” mouse on the market since the best Zowie mouse will be the one that feels the most comfortable to you. The scroll wheel is easy to press and extremely tactile, with a ton of definition between steps. That’s all fine: the tactility of the wheel makes it great for gaming, and the move to a 24-step wheel (as opposed to the 16-step wheels that ZOWIE used in the past) means that it’s a lot more suitable for browsing and work, but I do wish that they did something about the sound. It’s a very loud wheel, and while it’s better than on some of the old models there is still room for improvement here. Build Quality and Cable Inside the EC3-CW you will find the 3370 sensor. Enthusiasts will know that this is an older sensor and that newer sensors have been available for quite some time, but ZOWIE argues that they would rather go for something stable and reliable instead of going for the latest and greatest where there might be some teething problems. Given the fact that flawless sensors have been out for many years now, I personally don’t have a problem with the fact that they’re using (slightly) older tech on this front. There are always going to be people who claim otherwise, but 99.9% of gamers won’t even notice the difference between a 3370 and a 3395 in actual gaming scenarios as long as both sensors are implemented properly.

Other mouse manufacturers sometimes offer more features when it comes to gaming mice; however, after covering most of the mouse shapes, sizes, and profiles, it’s clear that Zowie is the leader in comfort and ergonomic design within the gaming mouse community. I am not blind to the fact that prices of pretty much all products are rising, but I do find 179 euros for a mouse that isn’t at the cutting edge of technology to be hard to stomach. ZOWIE EC3-CW Alternatives If you’re considering the EC3-CW you can look at the Pulsar Xlite Wireless V2 Minias an extremely similar alternative, though that one is lighter and has holes in the body. Glorious’ Model D line (especially the Model D- if you want that smaller ergonomic size) can also be considered. ZOWIE EC3-CW Review – Conclusion This EC3 is the smallest of the bunch, and a relatively new addition to ZOWIE’s lineup. In case you’re wondering: this is notjust a smaller scale EC2. The EC3 is, in essence, a shorter EC2 with a slightly lower hump. It saw the light because there was a need for a smaller and nimbler EC mouse due to the rise of tactical shooters that require a lot more vertical movements such as VALORANT, and I totally understand this design decision. It feels a lot more maneuverable than the longer, higher-humped EC2, and this makes it a worthy alternative for those who like the EC2/EC1 design language but want their mice to be slightly more mobile. COATINGIt’s a great option if you don’t like mice with holes but still want a lightweight mouse that has an excellent overall performance. Very well-built design. What Zowie mouse do pros use? On 10 December 2015, BenQ announced that ZOWIE GEAR would become their new gaming division. Their newer products include mice, mouse pads, sound cards, monitors, and other gaming accessories

Finding the right mouse can be difficult since everyone has their personal preference, and that’s where Zowie comes to take the torch. The Zowie EC3-CW wants to be the go-to wireless mouse for competitive gaming and there's no reason why it can't be, judged on merit alone. Sure, it doesn't have a 8,000Hz polling rate, and it's not breaking any other records in terms of weight, DPI, etc, but my gaming monitor doesn't have a 500Hz refresh rate either, and I can't imagine needing it. The Zowie FK2 is a high-quality FPS gaming mouse that delivers exceptional performance and overall comfort. It has an Avago 3310 sensor and a 3,200 max DPI with adjustable polling rate of up to 1000Hz. What is the best mouse for CS:GO? Small-handed individuals always have difficulty looking for a gaming mouse that ergonomically fits their palms. The Zowie fills this gap by providing a mouse that is ideal for use by small-handed people; the BenQ Zowie ZA13. This mouse is ergonomically designed for effective palm and claw grip in all hand sizes. This gives you the ultimate control of your gaming situation. It feels well-built and has features that make it ideal for gaming. Its adjustable DPI and polling rate features enable control and precision in FPS games. This high-profile mouse also has excellent palm support, especially for intense gaming. In addition, it is compatible with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Mac. Just like the other Zowie mice we have discussed, the Zowie AA13 does not have any additional software or RGB lighting. Thus not ideal for customization and aesthetics. There are quite a few mice that are prominent in the FPS eSport business. Among the most popular are the Zowie FK series. Why is Zowie so popular?

The Zowie S2 features Huano switches, which are more resistant than Omron switches. When did BenQ buy Zowie? You aren't a competitive gamer: Sure, it's a brilliant wireless gaming mouse, but cheaper mice are available for the more general gamer.
