About this deal

After all this time, could this be the moment Zara's been waiting for... or the biggest mistake of her life? The emotional impact of the story is profound, particularly Irene Adler's journey in seeking justice for her friend. Readers will find themselves empathizing with the characters and their struggles.

I was fascinated by how the author discovers the feelings of a person who moves away from his hometown, and enters an adventure of which he does not know what will result from it. In this way, little by little the reader becomes involved in a series of events that without stopping that tell in a subtle way how complicated and hard it is to leave your roots, to immerse yourself in others at the end of different ones. She initially started her writing journey by sharing her real-life dating disasters on a blog. Little did she know that her humorous anecdotes would pave the way for her remarkable success as a best-selling author. First I must confess that this review is added to my list of books read in English, so it took me a while to finish it (do not talk much about other reasons, for example: social conflicts that my country is currently experiencing, which left me unarmed. technology per day). And that confession drags another: this English has its particularities, since not only appear neologisms and conjugations not previously read by me, but were mixed with Italian, which, although a Spanish-speaking person can better understand that Language, interpreting accurately and accurately the paragraph or scene I was reading between English and Italian, put the issue a bit difficult (just a little, do not be scared). Oh, interesante! Debo comenzar la Reseña de la Semana con esta corta exclamación. Y ya verán porqué me refiero al libro Encuéntrame en Milano de Mariuccia Milla de ese modo.

The characters, especially Irene Adler, are well-developed and undergo significant growth throughout the narrative. The exploration of marriage and friendship adds depth to the characters and ideas in the story. Sensibly, Hedley chooses Italy and, within minutes of landing in Milan, meets a man who captures her attention and invites her to dinner. A romance blossoms and soon she’s jetting around the country, dining at fabulous restaurants and living the life of Riley (that’s if Riley were a woman in her late thirties looking for love). So what if this man is older (as in a lot older) and reminds her of her late father? Hedley can’t help but wonder — could he (finally) be the one? When he finally arrives, he puts his plan into action, using various disguises to infiltrate himself into Renata and Luigi’s lives and see what he can find out. And there is far more to this than a simple poisoning. There are deceptions at play here, and not just the Amatos. As usual Zara is chaos personified. Even with a steady boyfriend she's at times insecure, she had me rolling my eyes and muttering to myself with her jumping to conclusions and overreacting to basically nothing. Zara is exhausting if not hilarious. This book however she did so many things that I found to be awful , as much as I laughed out loud many times, I also was really quite annoyed at her too. I started to dislike her a tad, particularly after the baby shower. 😤 In this captivating tale, the author skillfully unravels a web of secrets and mysteries, reminding us that sometimes the most profound truths are hidden in plain sight.A talented pianist, KD played piano from age six, the music of some of her favourite composers, Beethoven, Schubert, Stephen Foster, and Richard Wagner, all strongly feature in her novel.

I can explain and review that Meet Me in Milano is, apart from a Romance Novel, an excellent travel guide. I have no doubt that, if before I wanted to go to Milan, now I have twice the desire to go there and explore its public transport, bridges, streets, historic buildings such as the updated ones, and even its Coffes. And placing me a step ahead of that, I would also love to know the surroundings: Oh, beautiful Italy! Beach, hills, fields, islands... And even the changing idiosyncrasies that the author describes with each step she takes. As the narrative unfolds, the book also delves into the intricacies of marriage and the impact of friendships on those relationships. Sophia's misgivings regarding Irene's marriage add depth to the plot, making readers question the dynamics of loyalty and trust. The book also skillfully explores the dynamics of Irene's marriage and her friendship with Sophia, injecting a layer of interpersonal tension that adds to the narrative's richness. The characters are multifaceted, and their relationships evolve as the story progresses.

Esta escritora es buena, este recurso literario es nuevo para mí, esta forma descriptiva me hace entender que, lo que leeré a continuación, será bueno”. Sophie said: “I can’t wait to celebrate in the capital and I’m so excited to meet everyone in Edinburgh!”

I feel she did redeem herself somewhat and I do feel that her friends are a lot more forgiving that I would be in a lot of scenarios. However I feel like now I will forever have the image of the incredible hulk rug munching a priest tattooed to my brain l till the end of my days. 🤣🤣🤣 Then to mix things up KD joined Countrywide, where she was employed for over 20 years and became a Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents.
