Take the dust container and place it over your dust bin or a bin bag and press the release button to open the flap and allow the dust to empty out. Shake the container to remove all of the collected dirt. To keep your cleaner working efficiently and give maximum suction power we recommend you regularly clean the filters. This will also prevent it from overheating or cutting out. There are 2 filters on your product, the first one is found behind the bag. Open the dust box by pressing the catch at the centre of the bag cover and take out the bag. If your bag is more than 2/3 full it’s a good idea to throw it away and pop a new one in.

Your product has 2 filters, the first is the hepa filter that you will find inside the dust container. Lift the clip as shown at the top of the dust container and lift it up.Before you refit the dust box lift out the exhaust filter found at the front of the product under where the dust box fits.
