About this deal

M. Brozović (2021) "Update of Pluto's satellite orbits — PLU058". personal communication to Horizons/NAIF. R. A. Jacobson (2020) "The Orbits of the Regular Jovian Satellites, the Trajectories of Spacecraft at Jupiter, the Gravity Field of the Jovian System, and the Orientation of the Pole of Jupiter". Interoffice Memo. 392R-20-006 (internal document). For instance, the astronomers following astronomical events of solar and lunar eclipses, planets retrograde and terrestrial events impacted by the cosmic alignment of stars and planets are interested in knowing the time of their happening. M. Brozović (2021) "Outer jovians with astrometry up to Nov 2020 — JUP344". personal communication to Horizons/NAIF.

D. Durante, M. Parisi, D. Serra, M. Zannoni, V. Notaro, P. Racioppa, D. R. Buccino, G. Lari, L. Gomez Casajus, L. Iess, W. M. Folkner, G. Tommei, P. Tortora, S. J. Bolton (2020) "Jupiter's Gravity Field Halfway Through the Juno Mission". Geophys. Res. Lett. 47:e86572. R. A. Jacobson (2009) "The Orbits of the Neptunian Satellites and the Orientation of the Pole of Neptune". AJ 137:4322-4329. The middle column lists Lunar Ingresses, showing dates and times that the Moon changes zodiac sign, and Void Moon data. It also provides data on astronomical phenomena of interest to astrologers and astronomers such as solar and lunar eclipses, apparent retrogradation/planetary stations, planetary ingresses, sidereal time, positions for the Mean and True nodes of the moon, the phases of the Moon, and sometimes even the position(s) of Chiron, Lilith, and other obscure celestial bodies; many ephemerides also contain a monthly aspectarian, while others often include the declination of the planets as well. This monthly ephemeris is based on the Tropical Zodiac. It lists planetary positions by sign and degree on a daily basis at midnight Eastern Time. Note that Eastern Time is 5 hours from UT.

Ephemeris - December 2022
