Hi, I'm Yesha, an Indian book blogger. Avid and eclectic reader who loves to read with a cup of tea. Not born reader but I don't think I’m going to stop reading books in this life.Just listening for the 784,654th time....and it's just perfect in every way. Just incredible. The only reason it was remade was to scoop up a boatload of money from a more modern and accepting audience. But it is a completely different song than the other one that sounds slapped together in a few takes without a thought for the meaning. You don’t need to be so strong and confident at all the time, Crystal. Even if you’re a trainer. The curvy community doesn’t need you to defend them. We’re perfectly fine. What we need is you to be the best you can be. The song is more than a little cheesy. The chorus is just the same phrase repeated a bunch of times. The second verse is same as the first. There’s a bit of faux cheeriness in the horn stabs, and there’s a bit of forced nostalgia in the squawking sax solo. Still, the song works, at least in part, by weaponizing whatever fond feelings you might have toward George Harrison. The man is having fun, and it’s good to hear him having fun.
