Because these Battlemats are made of vinyl, Chessex considers them stain resistant (“spills wipe away easily”). I have done villages as well on these size maps to have something nice to roll out when the player characters venture into a community.I have been able to leave my drawings on my battlematts for 2 weeks and they came off with no problem.
