About this deal

The Gloomspite Gitz battletomecontains all the rules, Warscrolls, and army abilities you need to build an army of nasty little goblins and their reeking allies. An Eating Squig is a limbless blob used as the primary Ork food source. It resembles an elongated, squarish slug with two eyes and a small pug mouth between its two eyes.

This type of Squig has a large, gaping mouth and a bag-like body that is almost entirely composed of stomach. The stomach functions secondarily as a pouch that allows the Squig to survive by slowly digesting food it stores up inside its body. If the Squig is dried out, it can be made into a flask for drinks. If it is tanned like leather, it makes a useful bag or belt pouch. Malevolent Moon: Unlike other auras that it’s easy for your squigs to bounce away from, this one starts where you want it and then moves around fast. The mortal wounds are really just gravy. The Gas Squig produces a toxic gas so Orks with gas masks throw this Squig in combat, using the Squig itself as a chemical weapon. Gloomspite Gitz are the next battletome for Warhammer Age of Sigmar. Moonclan, Spiderfang, Troggoths and Gargants all joining together under the banner of Skragrott the Loonking. Here is where I’ll collate all the information about the Gloomspite Gitz and Moonclan Grots as and when we know it. Troggothscan re-roll the dice to see if they regenerate wounds, or double the results of their first roll.

A Stikksquig is an exploding Squigg similar to a Bomb Squig that is often used by the crew of Rukkatrukk Squigbuggies in lieu of Stikkbombs as a form of anti-personnel grenade. The Moon-biter Squigalance takes a lot of the guess work from this process, you can pretty easily include it without much problem and it contains mostly everything you’d want anyway. Allegiance: Gloomspite Gitz

If you’re drawn to Gitz and want an easier time, go run out and grab yourself a Trugg’s Troggherd box and run his subfaction or Glogg’s Megamobb. If troggs aren’t your thing, a more mixed army with Stabbas and Shootas screening your Bounderz and Manglers will probably work better than this all squig nonsense. But if I can do it you can. So if you’re ok with losing a bunch of games as you go and you really really really love squigs give it a shot. The Best List The Gloomspite Gitz build effigies to the Bad Moon wherever they make war, and you can represent this on the battlefield using the Bad Moon Loonshrine faction terrain piece. the Bad Moon sends ill portents and drives seers mad. Skragrott the Loonking has abducted every lunatic seer and deranged prophet he can find before infecting them with a fungal strain that turns them into half-human, half-mushroom hybrids. The Loonking keeps these captives in his fungal asylum. He hopes they will foretell where the Bad Moon will rise

Squighawks are a wild, flying species of Squig that are large enough to eat Orks. They are often too difficult to be trained and are rarely used by Ork Runtherdz. In addition, most advertising networks offer you a way to opt out of targeted advertising. This small, vividly coloured Squig excretes powerful dyes that are used as warpaint. These paints are also used by Gretchin artists as pigments for wall paintings and decorative banners. Many Paint Squigs have tufts of hair on their trails, which allows the artist to use the Squig as both a brush and tube of paint simultaneously. The shells of Edible Squigs are also used by Gretchin artists as paint pots and palettes. The new kit allows you to build 10 squigs, with 20 unique faces interchangeable with different leg poses. The kit also allows you to build 2 herders. The Bad Moon even has an effect on tabletop games. Before the battle starts, you’ll elect a table quarter from which the Bad Moon will approach the battlefield. Each turn the Moon may linger in its current position or move erratically onwards, through the centre of the battlefield and eventually off the other side. While the Bad Moon hovers over a table-quarter, it will shed its baleful light on all the models there, and when in the centre of the battlefield it will cover the entire board.

A Vaccine Squig's own immune system produces natural vaccines and antibodies to a host of different pathogens that are extracted and used by Painboyz to aid diseased Orks.

Mollog’s Mob

There’s 2 major reasons people generally like the gitz: They like the underdogs, or they like the silliness (or both!). Gitz have been seen as the underdog army basically from Age of Sigmar’s inception. Their rules have always been a bit haphazard, weaker than equivalent units and subject to a lot of randomness. This does have a certain appeal to a kind of person who didn’t really care about winning and just wanted to cause some chaos on the table. For the second time in this series, we’re going green. Last week, along with a handful of other factions, we took a look at how the Orruk Warclans are shaping up for the new edition of Warhammer Age of Sigmar, but today, it’s the turn of the Gloomspite Gitz. Mork’s Mighty Mushroom: Another I haven’t tried. It seems so bad on paper I didn’t even bother. An Endless Spell that has a random range and stays in place doesn’t seem like much use to me. Age of Sigmar is usually a pretty dynamic game so I doubt anyone would hang out near it for long. And while there are certainly static gunlines out there I don’t want to shell out 80 points for a spell that is only really great against those types of armies. Plus those same types are usually magic heavy and will probably just unbind it anyway. Loonshrine

Bile Squigs comprise any breed of Squig that squirts, spray or vomit harmful fluids. They are a common ammunition for Squig Launchas and Heavy Squig Launchas used by Rukkatrukk Squigbuggies. Typically launched by the handful, these disgusting creatures squeal and thrash while madly jetting acids, lubricants, poisons and flammable bio-slop in every direction. The foe are drenched in disgusting -- and often harmful -- slime, leading to much hilarity amongst the Rukkatrukk crew as their victims slip, skid, scream in pain, burst into flames, dissolve or worse.Shootas and Stabbas return and both are improved on their baseline warscroll. Shootas in particular now come with more range and hit on a 4+ with their bows, and get an extra shot for having 10 or more models. Stabbas have their shield baked in for a base 5+ save and have lost their wound bonus in exchange for a really exciting ability to contest objectives from 9” away instead of 6”. The spherical squigs you all know and love are cave squigs . These rotund and often-ruddy beasts are found in dank caverns and creepy hollows all across the realms, and range from pint-sized squiglets to massive monsters. Smaller varieties include the tiny squigs carrying Skragrott’s cloak , or the critters employed as ammo by the Looncourt’s squigapult. Further up the food chain you’ll find Giant Cave Squigs , ideal mounts for the most unhinged of Loonbosses.
