The imaging is unexpectly good for an entry level headphones. With have good transparency enough for sounds layers separation and wide clean space enough for horizontal instrument separation. We listened to more songs than those named in this playlist, but those are excellent for identifying a sonic signature. PRaT, Texturization, Detail, Resolution, Dynamics, Impact, and overall tonality are all revealed by those songs. We recommend trying most of the songs from this playlist, especially if you’re searching for new music! Overall ThieAudio have done a superb job with the Ghost, it gets top marks from me for being such a likeable headphone with no real downsides. This kind of bass do very well for jazz, folk, country, classical and anything that doesn't need big round slam, rumble or sharp definition and texture. In the midrange, vocals initially sounded more distant than I'm accustomed to. This distancing effect actually helped me resolve finer details across the spectrum, as harmonic richness seemed enhanced. Vocals remained detailed despite the distance. This approach reminded me of the ZMF Verite's intentionally recessed upper mids, which aided realism. One last thing, both headphones use breathable velour pads that can be replaced when they are worn or to simply change the sound preference. But it is the HD560s that becomes more comfortable since it is roomier thanks to the angled drivers tilting away from the ears and the wider pad opening. Performance

Having a proper spring steel as part of the system is a lot more comfortable than the stiff clamp of some Sennheiser headphones I’ve tried that relies upon plastic. Also, the padding on both the headband and earpads is quite ample to keep the pressure even.With a familiar song where I know the vocals are staged out a couple of seats forward, the Ghost made it appear that the female singer is right up against my nose or a single step ahead. Built with less efficient 120W transducers, the Sennheiser HD560s is another all-new design from Sennheiser that covers a wider frequency range capability than the Ghost at 6Hz-38kHz.
