This doesn’t really matter when you’re travelling with a large suitcase but when you’ve only got a small cabin case then every centimetre counts – especially when you’re trying to squeeze in that last pair of shoes and you wish you had just a tiny bit more space! Holdalls and duffel bags are a great solution for fitting as much as possible into a small space, as there’s nothing holding you back from squeezing more in (although if you do like compartments, packing cubes can be handy here). Given my positive experience of travelling with hand luggage only, I thought I’d put together a quick review of why I think the Travel Hack Underseat Backpack is the best underseat cabin bag out there. Another use for this top handbag compartment is to use it for your toiletries and tech you’ll need to remove from you suitcase at airport security. The pockets were ideal for storing wet wipes, nappies and snacks and made for the ideal baby travel bag. As a full-time travel blogger, bags with padded laptop compartments are essential – especially if I’m going away for a few days at a time.
