My reaction to all the above-mentioned perfumes was the same: one sniff and they went into the "gift/giveaway" box.

Now that I have learned more about fragrances after a few years, I have changed my mind and am trying to train my nostrils and artistic sensibility in the world of fragrances! If you like the smell I'm sure you find something more powerful with a powdery musky scent without spending so much money on such weak sauce. Please read the full reviews and consider your own needs and preferences before making a purchasing decision. It’s definately not my favorite but mind you I usually only wear gourmands/oriental/spicy/green scents.

I think its my chemistry because I have smelled this perfume on other women and it smells wonderful just not on me.

Previously it had a moderate sillage and great staying power - along with a beautiful clean soapy, flowery scent.one of my coworkers wears this and it smells like she poured a bottle of the dawn with olay dish soap over herself and went about her day. It gives a clean sensation with lots of lemons and tiny tiny apple accord, but very soon the lemony edges are tamed down by some feminine florals with rose and jasmine and fluffed with clean musk. philosophy amazing grace perfume for women, the beloved and iconic soft floral you love available as an eau de parfum that features a longer lasting concentration of bergamot, soft muguet blossoms and musk. Now that I've tried more brands and types of fragrance, I tested this again and I suspect the musk is the culprit. I have the sample and it doesn't seem to last long but I don't mind reapplying a few times because I got a cheap small size at Marshalls.

I actually think it has decent longevity, although it is very soft - I can smell it on my skin and clothes at the end of the day. im not usually a fan of powdery perfumes but for some reason i really enjoy wearing amazing grace especially after showering as it has a very soapy scent so it makes me feel *squeaky* clean.Okay, with that stunning lyrical introduction, you blessed Perfumites probably imagine that I will give a rave review to this perfume. Not only you get a blast of alcohol and a small burst of the scent, it evaporates at a astonishingly rapid pace, mere minutes to maybe an hour, if you're lucky.
