About this deal

Utterly magical. As with all their work, I am taken to the unsafe safe place that is all my own within these sounds. This album may not be a good entry point, but it is the band at their most ambitious, in my opinion (and maybe slightly edgiest :P) GodIsChad go to album

I Might Be Wrong But I Doubt It Shirt, Sarcastic Tee, Funny Shirt, Gift for Her, Sarcasm Shirt, Unisex Shirt Pokud jsem se něčemu v posledních letech snažila obloukem vyhnout, byla to duchovní a seberozvojová literatura. Bohužel už v takových knihách nic nového nenacházím.As someone who meditates, and continues to have an attachment to thought, this is something I can very much relate to. Meditation is loosening those bonds to make us realise - I am not my thoughts. We have no control over what pops into our minds, but we can control whether we believe them or not.

I was extremely surprised to learn, at the end of the book, that this book was actually written by Caroline Bankler - using the content from the author’s 2018 lecture tour and their conversations over the years. The book has such a strong, consistent voice - with a characteristic sense of humour and lightness of tone - that it’s surprising indeed to learn that it has been a collaboration. Having said that, Bjorn places a great deal of emphasis on the wisdom and practical advice that he has learned from all of his various teachers and mentors. It''s a calming and enjoyable read. Although Bjorn becomes a Buddist monk, there isn't a heavy focus on Buddhism in the book, more about the texsts from the religion that he lea Irned from, and from which we can all learn. I was amused to read how difficult he finds meditation - if a monk finds it difficult, then it's perfectly okay if I struggle too! The Fifth Element just shot their self in the foot by proclaiming their interpretation to be perfect, and then not offering one. :D The Sunday Times bestselling book of comfort and timeless wisdom from former forest monk, Björn Natthiko LindebladWhat helps us to live freely? How can we find comfort in difficult times? Is there a way to stay humble in the heat of the moment? And what stands out as most important when things are coming to an end? I was never promised a long life. We, humans, are like leaves on trees in that respect. Most leaves hold on until they're withered and brown. But some fall while they’re still green.’

Sarcastic Shirt, funny t-shirt, Saying Shirt, Sarcastic Saying Shirt, I May Be Wrong But I Doubt It Shirt, I May Be Wrong But I Doubt It First of all I would like to thank Milky, CJ, Paco, Philip, Rishonly and Goodman (others?) for their comments to my posts. I’m very grateful for this.the 'waterfall' is the river of life, maybe the very same river that appears in Pyramid Song. in Classical Mythology this river was called Lethe, the River of Forgetfulness ('amnesiac', anyone?) and Lethe appears in Dante's Divine Comedy as well, whose work his lyrics have referenced so often. the image of the famished road in Street Spirit is the same sort of thing, only more pessimistic (everything fading out and being devoured, rather than the potential of eventually escaping that this song alludes to) Andra halvan är sämre, när författaren fokuserar sin egen individ, sin sjukdom och eutanasi, (det som var med i sommarpratet). Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. A very interesting story about a Swedish economist who decides to become a forest monk in Thailand.

He didn’t sugarcoat his own struggles in becoming a forest monk, no. When he told the readers his struggles of meditating and understanding different walks of lives that he has encountered, I thought that it was very well explained and explored. the waterfall in this song is no different. thom yorke is only taking the discussion from "pyramid song" a bit deeper. the underlying philosophy of advaita vedanta is that all is one and that we will return to this ultimate source when we die (that is to say when we leave our bodies). "open up and let me in" is referring to this. the material physical world is an illusion, like a dream, a shadow, or a reflection being projected by brahman, the ultimate. the truth is that the eternal consciousness which binds us all is infinite and without time. it is everywhere around us and it is all within us. The Sunday Times bestselling book of comfort and timeless wisdom from former forest monk, Bj örn Natthiko Lindeblad Jag lyssnade på denna och det passade verkligen. In ‘I may be wrong’ Björn Natthiko Lindeblad does exactly that. After working as an economist, he gives up his promising career to spend 17 years as a forest monk in Thailand and in this book shares what he has learnt in that time. There’s plenty of humour in the initial stages as he talks about the problems he faces as a monk - he doesn’t take himself too seriously. Keep collections to yourself or inspire other shoppers!
