The developers chose the episodic approach to give themselves more time to work on each level, which as a result are larger and more detailed than in any previous Hitman game. Similarly to Hitman 2, Hitman 3 is not episodic, and gives players the option to carry over progress from the previous two games. Only thing I can say bad about it is that it is noticeably 2nd hand and was more expensive than hitman 2 but this may be because it is steelbook edition.
