The thought of two capable cooks in the same household seemed excessive. I am in two minds about this. It tastes okay but it is no way as good as traditional home made gravy. Very easy to make and sometimes it is my only option if I want gravy for the meal. So always have some of this on hand for those times when I don’t have enough pan juices to make the home made gravy. I have used this for years and it never fails. A jug, boiling water and a fork to stir, never had any lumps. The taste is really nice and there is never any left at the end of the roast. I love the tin, keeps the powder fresh and easy to open. These are regularly on special at Woolworths.Gravox traditional gravy mix is my choice of gravy to add to my lamb roast,lamb cutlets,steaks and sausages.It takes a few seconds to whisk up and has a lovely colour and taste.5 out of 5 rating! Rubbish runny waste of money (poetry!). Maggic Gravy powder is miles above this crap. Nothing Gravox is acceptable and I don\’t know who buys it and enjoys without being under the influence.
