There is a wealth of wildlife to see in the country. There are eight castles, 12 golf courses, nine nature reserves and a bridge based bungee jump to fill your days. The Cairngorms are also renowned for being great for UK snowsports and watersports.Yes! Well, almost… wild camping laws mean you can spend the night in most unenclosed spaces around the country. If you’re self-sufficient (with toilets etc on board) this can certainly be a fine idea for a night or two if you find the right spot well away from any other travellers.
