About this deal

Spring-loaded shooters are cleverly concealed beneath the fuselage, providing welcome play value without affecting the appearance of the shuttle. They can be accidentally activated quite easily though and the absence of landing gear is frustrating because there is definitely enough space for simple landing struts, even if they were removable instead of folding. Space is at a premium even on a large vessel. Making the ship larger just to give crew more space means it costs more money and resources to travel from Point A to Point B, and it also makes you a bigger target. You either need more powerful engines, or just more engines. In space, this is actually amplified, because you have to maintain life support for more volume with every additional room, and it takes more energy to break atmosphere than it does to plow through water.

Clone Force 99, also known as the "Bad Batch," was created for the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series. It first appeared in the seventh season episode " The Bad Batch," [1] which was originally released in its unfinished form as a screening at Celebration Anaheim [38] and then on StarWars.com. [39] [40] Star Wars creator George Lucas came up with the idea of the Bad Batch, as he wanted to explore the idea that there were clones that were a little bit more unique from one another and who were like an enhanced skills special forces unit. [41] Star Wars: The Bad Batch crew talks Season length, Omega and Imperial oppression by Sean Keane on CNET ( May 3, 2021) (archived from the original on May 3, 2021) Episode CDIX: Kevin Kiner and the Bad Batch on fullofsith.com (archived from the original on April 21, 2021) In the Disney+ release of " A Distant Echo," the nose art that was present in the development version of the episode is no longer visible. And … that’s all the minifigs. If you’re caught up on The Clone Wars enough to be watching The Bad Batch as it airs, a key character is clearly missing from the minifig assortment: Omega. Five minifigs make sense for the price point, and of course, we would want all members of the original Clone Force 99, but the set feels incomplete without this new character. The Marauder first appeared in the unreleased, development version of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars episode " The Bad Batch," and later appeared in the unfinished versions of subsequent episodes. The ship appeared again in the finished releases of the arc, streaming on Disney+ starting February 21, 2020. [3] Around 18 BBY on Eriadu, Clone Force 99 found themselves stranded in the air on a railcar, surrounded by Imperial forces. Their car took severe damage, with one half of it coming loose. Tech restored power to the rail, but was unable to safely return to the squad, instead hanging precariously off of the loose half of the railcar. As the Empire closed in, Tech decided to enact Plan 99; he shot the connection hinge, causing the loose half of the railcar and himself to fall, much to his squad's dismay. However, the other clones were able to escape to Ord Mantell and get medical attention. [6] Plus, I don't like surprises in general. I even usually read the Wikipedia article about a movie before watching it in the cinema (or on Prime). And if the plot description does not entice me to watch the movie after all, I simply skip it and watch a different one that sounds more interesting. Too much on the menu anyway nowadays, so to speak, especially when it comes to Star Wars. Most of it sounds like quantity over quality to me. I have given up trying to keep up with all the different spin-offs long ago.

The issue isn't that every fan will immediately notice. The issue is that _one_ fan will notice, and spread the information everywhere, resulting in articles being posted with the spoiler in the title, and before you know it you simply can't touch an internet-ready device without having the plot point spoiled for you."Later that night, Hera and Omega waited in position while Chopper infiltrated the refinery. After taking out an Imperial astromech droid at the command console, he tried to access the network terminal, only for the droid to discover he cannot access the cannons. Shortly thereafter, he was cornered by two clone troopers. Hera wanted to help Chopper, but Omega noted that they needed the console offline first, and after pointing out an Imperial Rho-class transport shuttle. As Hunter and Echo scaled the wall, Omega and Hera commandeered the shuttle, which they used to take out the command console. As it exploded, the newly-freed Chopper flew up to join them. As they flew away, Tech inquired about the multiple explosions at the refinery, and was told by Omega that they did it and that weapons were down. The Marauder then descended on the undefended refinery and took out the gun emplacements, causing the clone trooper commander to call for reinforcements. [15] Additionally, employing this element enables the canopy to open smoothly, although access is restricted by the dorsal wing. Fortunately, another method is available. The boarding ramp and entrance are not functional, inevitably, but they are represented by one dark bluish grey 2x2 tile which seems appropriately distinctive among the surrounding components. Star Wars: The Bad Batch is an animated television series that acts as both a sequel to and a spin-off of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. It focuses on the squad known as Clone Force 99, a band of genetically enhanced clone troopers. It was announced on July 13, 2020 and premiered on Disney+ on May 4, 2021. [1] The first season has sixteen episodes, [14] and its musical score was composed by Kevin Kiner, who previously worked on Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels. [15] Space is available for one minifigure and these handlebars are also adjustable, matching the BARC Speeder. The thrust pods match the original vehicle and the round exhaust looks good too, situated beneath the driver. This model also includes a vacant clip behind the seat, where minifigures can attach their weapons while riding aboard the speeder. My thoughts exactly. Do we really need the speeders? Certainly their inclusion says to me that they wanted to charge more for what they intend to be the only Bad Batch set. Although missing Omega is very problematic, but maybe she could appear in a Microfighter set if they really don’t intend to produce more Bad Batch sets.

The set also includes a speeder with 2 stud shooters and another speeder with a clip for a blaster to add to the play possibilities You know, most people are not nerdy enough to know every single detail of every Star Wars product there is. Guess what, many people haven't even ever heard of this series at all. The buildable shuttle toy's adjustable wings move for landing/flight action and the cabin has space for 2 minifigures and a weapons storage On May 29, Lucasfilm released the official trailer for the series' second season at the Star Wars Celebration Anaheim 2022. [20] [21] Release [ ] With the aid of Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and Rex, the Bad Batch were deployed to Skako Minor, a planet controlled by the Techno Union. Their mission was to locate Echo and, if they could, rescue him. They traveled to the planet but had trouble landing since a storm had built up in its atmosphere. [8]

Gear up. We have to go after Muchi. If we don't capture her, we don't get our intel from Cid." ―Hunter [2] I thought we could go off on our own. Lay low. But with Crosshair gunning for us, I'm not so sure." ―Tech and Hunter [5] It is requested that this article section be expanded. Hunter appears the closest to normal Clone Troopers, sporting pearl dark grey commando armour with dark red accents. The colour combination is appealing and metallic silver panels are also included to provide welcome contrast. Even if LEGO had revealed this set when originally intended, no one who didn't want to be spoiled would have needed to take a look at the set.
