We tested the incline and it has to be one of the better treadmills for its solid feeling while in use. That extra little bit of length and width does make a meaningful difference for people who want to use the Reebok ZR8 for running rather than walking.They have been known to go on special offer on occasions, but this is rare when compared to how often sales occur on other brands such as Reebok or NordicTrack.

Nutrition, exercises, diet, equipment, family and lifestyle – If it’s fitness related then we’ve got you covered. I love to listen to my music loud (One Direction, it’s a guilty pleasure) while I run and this usually has to be done with headphones.Although I wasn’t able to raise the volume as loud as my headphones I thought the sound quality overall was excellent. At 67KG the Reebok ZR8 is actually quite a bit lighter than some offerings from Reebok, but hardly something you’re going to be happy to carry home in a bag. As we’ve mentioned, you can choose your own speed and incline or opt for one of 24 pre-set programmes which cover all kinds of muscle groups and workout aims, along with 3 “target” programmes (time, distance and calories), 3 user-defined programs and a body fat tester.
