Decor could use a bit of an update but do not judge a book by it‘s cover, this is a nice and friendly little pub. Every site that offers a Motorhome Stopover Deserves a five Star Rating for offering this to us (Advise if Totally Free, Purchase Required or Small Cost). The interior is, on closer inspection, a bit too "curated" to have the authenticity its outside suggests.

We always go here when we visit Morton in Marsh you can Guarantee a good quality meal here we have been coming here for about 6 / 7 years and the food is always great the landlord even went to the trouble of getting us. The curtains are good quality, but not fitted well where it seemed that some of the hooks are no longer attached to the curtain rail.

The restaurant decor was confusing, with nostalgic pictures and modern pictures, various clocks, bird cages, display cabinet, and varied light throughout' some areas very brightly lit, other areas very dim, and the main areas somewhere in between. The cover may have some limited signs of wear but the pages are clean, intact and the spine remains undamaged. The Bell is a friendly 200-year-old coaching inn located north of the Cotswolds and 15 miles (24 km) from Stratford-upon-Avon.

It was brought out in about 4 different stages and I had 3 roast potatoes which was seem to have been made from Coteswold brick but just not as pretty. Convivial locals who gathered us into their groups and welcomed us with beers and dogs :) Also, walked to Batsford Arboretum and enjoyed. My wife complained to the landlord and said we were willing to pay for one of the meals and he replied we were full of sh*t then snatched the bill from my wife's hand and said to me I wouldn't marry her mate! The added bonus was the staff (all of them) who provided first class friendly service and made us feel most at home.
