This album is kind of fantastic all the way through - only thing i noticed lacking was the horrible edited down and strangely tinny version of " The Damned Dont Cry" which is a song i really like and am very familiar with, I wonder what the source was because as soon as the next song kicks in you can really tell how bad a mix they have used. Loved the tracks - since this is a year-specific CD you don't get a lot of the tracks on general 1980s Now compilations.As a brief sidebar, I can tell you that the contest was held in Harrogate in the UK, in 1982, and 12-year-old me lived there and so I went down to the International Conference Centre and saw the acts arrive!
