I love to listen to alot of electronic music as well and other genre sometimes such as rap and rock and other cultures music. The Stellar's treble extends fairly well with a solid balance in the presence and brilliance regions, though lower treble does see some skew towards that region. TREBLE again is more refined, leaner and more extended with the KB04, it’s less grainy and bright as well as better controled and way less splashy. Lately, this company have evolve in temrof tuning expertise, the Kbear Diamond and KB04 being good exemple of well balanced and refined tuning.

However, treble heads might find the treble lacking because it isn’t as extended just like the usual v-shaped sound.

I hope you expand your earbud portfolio, because the Stellar is just that, and makes me excited for a follow up. Mids: The mids of the KS2 definitely fall behind the bass but i think its still decent and is not bad. Neither of the two earbuds is characterised by a very detailed or defined high end, but rather offer a reduced version of the real thing in this range. This quick rise is mainly due to their drive to not be like the others that keep on releasing sub-par offerings.

Believe it or not, the simple finish was something I was looking forward to after spending a lot of time with various flashy KZ IEMs. The appeal of earbuds over IEMs is that their standard design makes them 1) comfortable for most people, 2) open-back; letting the listener hear their surroundings and avoid microphonics, and 3) easy to take on and off.The KBEARs do a better job of resolving this range, though it is more susceptible to sibilance than the NiceHCKs. The lower treble region is more highlighted and detailed compared to the upper treble region, which is a bit short in terms of extension.
