About this deal

She lives in Wiltshire and loves campfire cooking, swimming in the sea, rural folklore, barn owls and walking her Welsh collie in the misty hills. I needed a pram to fit in my fiat 500, as you can remove the wheels easily this was possible, great pram!

Only downside is that it isn't as smooth as it was when new, its becoming a little stiff to swing round and fold. However in recent weeks the swivel handle (that spins it round to face the other way) has started to deteriorate – it often now gets stuck and you have to really jiggle it to get it to swivel. The inside of the carry cot is super cozy and kept my newborn warm throughout winter however without blankets is cool enough in the summer too. I love the fact that it has the one hand swivel function which means you can move your child from forward facing to facing you. The adjustable height handle is easily adjusted for each parents/carers use and the push on/off brakes are easy to use and mean no more scuffed shoes!

These three things lead me to conclude that there are two many moving parts to this pram; the emphasis being on how many functions they can cram in to make it look snazzy and unique, but at the expense of true durability and sturdy design, we've had to get another buggy to replace it.

The cosy toes is one of the best I’ve used, it’s super snuggly and comfy and unlike others, it’s really easy to undo when you get home without waking a sleeping baby! Communicating with Arthur is easy – I can actually stroke his cheek to comfort him while walking along. It comes with a cosy insert for the pram park and a sleeping bag style cosy toes which is made of gorgeous soft fabric and my little girl loved being in the cosy toes. The instructions were clear and enabled me to assemble it quickly and get out and about with the pram quickly. Unfortunately, usually when I'm in a rush or I have people waiting for me to get through or people following me the front wheels on the pushchair decide to jam, on several occasions I have nearly gone over the handle. This doesn't affect us very often as we tend to leave the pushchair open when we put it in the car (only folding down the handle).

Other useful features include a removable bumper bar, that helps you to get your child in and out of the seat more easily, and a seat that can be adjusted with one hand. Tanya also has a passion for English food and drink – although nothing tastes as good as tomato soup out of a thermos on a crisp woodland walk. The brake gets stuck on, or off so you have to push it down several time to get it to engage/ disengage which can be extremely annoying!

Another plus is the adjustable handlebar - always a good feature to look for if you or your partner is particularly tall or short, as it makes the pushing experience a lot more comfortable.

I bought it for the idea of easy reversing the seat and the carrycot - and it's truly a nice feature. The chassis folds with one hand into an extra compact structure, perfect for putting in the boot of your car or saving space when storing the pram and pushchair system at home. The first thing you’ll notice is that it has unique one-handed rotation, so the pushchair seat can swivel quickly and easily to be parent or outwards facing - a great idea if your toddler suddenly needs a bit of reassurance on the go. Although not essential by law, Isofix seats are proven to be far safer than car seats that attach via seat belts. Its rotation feature is a swish bit of engineering that sets it apart from other brands, but only when brand new. Most cars on the road in the UK already have Isofix anchor points so there's usually no barrier in choosing an Isofix seat.
